Fleur Condos is an architecturally interesting, elegant high rise just a stones-throw away from Ryerson University in Toronto. The 29-storey tower has 320 units and a ground floor for retail use. Menkes Developments wanted a limestone facade, and our cladding solution allowed for a beautiful Indiana Limestone, supplied to AWD Windows, to beintegrated directly into the curtain wall without theneed for any complex supporting structures.
