The redevelopment encapsulated 360,000 sq.ft of mixed-use commercial space, residential townhouses, and condos. To lower installation time, all corners and panel returns are prefabricated and assembled in the shop. We also made it look like dimensional stone is used in the design instead of cladding panels. Another advantage of using the Cladify system is the ability to combine multiple facing materials with one universal system. This project has four different materials and textures; we provided the possibility of using one system with varying facings, all panels are the same thickness.
