Full recladding has historically meant a structural problem, because aging frames rarely have capacity to spare for heavy new skins. Cladify panels solve the weight problem.
At roughly 3 to 4.4 lb/ft2, our assemblies install over existing structures that could never carry new precast, masonry, or solid stone, converting a dated envelope into a high-performance ventilated rainscreen without reinforcing the frame. Improved thermal performance, moisture management, and modern fire compliance arrive with the new skin.
