Description

Reimagining an iconic Yorkville landmark at 4 Avenue Road, Park Hyatt Toronto underwent a comprehensive redevelopment to modern luxury standards in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The project transformed the site by converting the historic south tower into 65 luxury rental residences while completely updating the north tower into 219 distinguished hotel suites. A newly constructed, double-height podium links the two towers, anchoring a world-class hospitality experience complete with a monumental ballroom, event spaces, and high-end dining.

Products that Perform

Cladify designs facade cladding systems as coordinated assemblies, developed to integrate cleanly with the building envelope and perform at scale. Our approach supports rainscreen and prefabricated wall assemblies, allowing project teams to choose the delivery method that best aligns with schedule, site constraints, and architectural intent.
