Project Overview
Description
Breathing new life into an essential civic site at 1970 King Road, the King City Public Library and Seniors Centre stands as a modern community hub in King City, Ontario, Canada. The mixed-use facility integrates shared community spaces, library administration, a Seniors Centre, a Make-It Lab, and wood-lined reading lounges into an open, accessible architectural layout. Designed around organic, warm massing, the structure seamlessly blends continuous floor-to-ceiling glass with natural stone and rich wood textures to foster an inviting environment for residents.
