Description

On a prominent corner in Yorkville, where Cumberland Street meets Avenue Road, a 40-storey tower with 255 units now anchors one of Toronto's most walkable, upscale districts. The scale of the site called for a facade material that could deliver on the neighbourhood's reputation for polish and prestige, while still being practical to install across a building of this height. To fulfill these architectural ambitions while managing structural load, the design relies on a carefully engineered stone selection.

Products that Perform

Cladify designs facade cladding systems as coordinated assemblies, developed to integrate cleanly with the building envelope and perform at scale. Our approach supports rainscreen and prefabricated wall assemblies, allowing project teams to choose the delivery method that best aligns with schedule, site constraints, and architectural intent.

Projects that speak for themselves
