Description

Redefining the skyline where Liberty Village meets the Ordnance Triangle at 25 Ordnance St, Novus Apartments delivers a pair of sleek, modern residential rental towers to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Formally known as Novus at Garrison Point, the complex combines high-density multi-residential living with dynamic street-level podium massing. The architectural design balances sweeping glass balconies with dark, textured stone facades to establish a prominent visual presence along the adjacent rail corridor.

Products that Perform

Cladify designs facade cladding systems as coordinated assemblies, developed to integrate cleanly with the building envelope and perform at scale. Our approach supports rainscreen and prefabricated wall assemblies, allowing project teams to choose the delivery method that best aligns with schedule, site constraints, and architectural intent.
