Description

A six-storey mixed-use building holding 28 units, 17 King William sits within a neighbourhood known for its walkable mix of local nightlife and green space, with dozens of parks scattered throughout and a strip of bars and restaurants along the main street keeping the area lively after dark. The building needed a facade that could hold its own along that streetscape, delivering a refined, upscale look without straying from the practical realities of a mid-rise residential build. The exterior draws on a panel system engineered to mimic the depth and texture of dimensional stone.

Products that Perform

Cladify designs facade cladding systems as coordinated assemblies, developed to integrate cleanly with the building envelope and perform at scale. Our approach supports rainscreen and prefabricated wall assemblies, allowing project teams to choose the delivery method that best aligns with schedule, site constraints, and architectural intent.

Projects that speak for themselves
