Project Overview
Description
Soaring high above Toronto's grand boulevard at 488 University Avenue, the Residences of 488 University Avenue stands as a remarkable 55-story engineering feat in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The development transformed an existing 18-story office tower by constructing 37 new residential stories directly above it, creating a 453-unit luxury community. The original structure's lower levels were completely modernized into a revitalized podium accented by an intricate tree motif that anchors the tower to the streetscape.
